Le Canard bed and breakfast is your home away from home. Your first welcome is from our smiling Buda (he has a few stories to tell!) and our rambunctious mutt, Ruby. We make every effort to ensure your stay is relaxing and comfortable. No request is too large or too small! We are a non-smoking bed & breakfast, however smoking is permitted out doors. Please let us know if you would like to bring your pets-they are most welcome and Ruby is always looking for a playmate!
Dinning at Le Canard is an enjoyable experience with a unique variety of cuisine. Everyone dines together and it is not uncommon for family, friends and some of our delightful French neighbors to join in. Weather permitting evening meals are served outdoors in a garden setting.
Typically breakfast consists of croissants and assorted breads, seasonal fruits, a selection of yogurt and cold cereals. Eggs are available upon request. Beverages of fruit juice, coffee, English and herbal teas, hot chocolate are available.
Evening meals are offered at a price of €25 per adult all inclusive of an aperitif, 3-4 courses, house wine or choice of beverage, coffee & digestives. Please enquire for children's menu & pricing. We can accommodate most tastes and dietary needs including vegetarian. You are welcome to enquire for sample menus.
Upon arrival, a welcome drink is offered. Coffee and tea are available complementary through out your stay. |

Le Canard B&B is open year round with limited availability during January through March. The winter months can be really beautiful with loads of woodland walks available or enjoy some time with a good book in front of the fire!

You are most welcome to spend your leisure time relaxing in our garden. There are plenty of spots for the sun worshipers, shady spots for snoozing or a dip in our plunge pool to cool off.
We enjoy walking and can recommend several excursions in our area ranging from a quick jaunt around the village to hours wondering through our lovely countryside. If you have the opportunity to stay with us for several days, there are quite a few activities available in our immediate area including kayaking, hiking, windsurfing, fishing and several medieval villages to explore-just to name a few! It would be our pleasure to assist in any way. |
